1 Heat a cooking spray coated frying pan over medium heat. Cook green beans, zucchini, onions, and garlic 3 to 5 minutes or until onions are soft. 2 Mix in corn, tomatoes with liquid, marjoram, and thyme, let boil. 3 Lower heat, place lid on pan, and simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Additional Information
Serve overtop of rice or potatoes or on its own.
