1 Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Coat a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish with fat-free cooking spray.
2 Mix together in a small bowl, the five-spice powder, paprika, curry powder, ground red pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and ground turmeric.
3 Rub both sides of the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
4 Put the chicken in the prepared pan and pour the tomatoes evenly over the top.
5 Bake for 30 minutes.
6 Turn the chicken over and bake until chicken registers 160 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer and the juices run clear, about 30 minutes more.
