1 Steam broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot for 2 minutes. Run mixture until cool water while in a strainer.
2 Add salt, ginger, cumin, coriander, nutmeg, and red pepper to a frying pan and toast 2 minutes over medium heat, shaking pan continually.
3 Whisk together spice mixture, sour cream, vinegar, and honey. Toss dressing with vegetables and top with green onions.
