1 Spiced Orange Cream: Combine sour cream, brown sugar substitute, orange peel, orange juice, and cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve or up to 24 hours. 2 Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 3 Generously coat bottoms and sides of two 6 ounce custard cups with cooking spray. Place cups in a shallow baking pan and set aside. 4 Combine egg, milk, and oil in a small bowl, and then beat with a wire whisk or rotary beater. 5 Add flour and salt, and then beat until smooth. 6 Pour batter into prepared custard cups, filling each half full, bake about 35 minutes or until popovers are firm. 7 Remove popovers from oven and immediately prick each with a fork to let steam escape. Remove popovers from cups. 8 To serve, slit warm popovers in half crosswise, and top with Spiced Orange Cream and strawberries.
