Servings
Ingredients
4 whole loin lean pork chops , cut 1/2 inch thick
0.25 cup fresh lime juice
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1.5 tsp ground cumin
1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
0.5 tsp hot pepper sauce
0.25 tsp salt
1 medium garlic cloves , minced

Directions
1 Trim fat from chops. Place chops in a plastic bag set in a shallow dish.
2 For the marinade, in a small bowl stir together the lime juice, chili powder, olive oil, cumin, cinnamon, hot pepper sauce, salt, and garlic. Pour over chops and seal bag.
3 Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally. Drain chops, discarding marinade.
4 Preheat broiler.
5 Place chops on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until done (160 degrees F) and juices run clear, turning once halfway through boiling.
