Directions
1 Mix brown sugar, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and allspice.
2 Whisk in olive oil.
3 Massage mixture over flank steak and let rest 20 minutes.
4 Heat a cooking spray coated grill rack over medium high heat.
5 Lay steak on grill rack and cook 8 minutes per side or until preferred degree of doneness. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Additional Information
Be sure to slice the steak against the grain so the pieces are not chewy.
