1 Saute the beef, onion, and bell pepper in a large, cooking spray coated skillet over medium high heat for 5 to 10 minutes (beef should be brown and crumbling) 2 Stir in the tomato sauce, red wine, pepper, and olives. 3 Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes (onion should be tender and most of the liquid should be evaporated). 4 Cut the lettuce into 8 wedges. Serve with the beef mixture and lime wedges (if desired).
