Servings
Ingredients
2 lb top round steak, lean , cut 1 inch thick
0.33 cup low sodium soy sauce
0.33 cup cooking sherry
2 fresh green onions , thinly sliced
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
0.5 tsp dry mustard
0.12 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

Directions
1 Trim fat from meat.
2 Place meat in plastic bag and set the bag into a shallow dish.
3 Combine 1/3 cup soy sauce, sherry, green onions, brown sugar, garlic, mustard, and ginger to make the marinade.
4 Pour marinade mixture over meat and seal the plastic bag.

6 Reserving the marinade, drain the meat.
7 Arrange medium-hot coals around a drip pan in a covered grill.

9 Cover the meat and grill until it has reached the doneness desired. (For medium rare cooked meat allow 24 to 26 minutes and for medium cooked meat allow 28 to 30 minutes.)
10 Brush the meat occasionally with marinade up to the last 5 minutes of grilling
