1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan with cooking spray. 2 In medium bowl, mix oil, chili powder, basil, oregano, and garlic powder. Add soy nuts and pumpkin seeds. Mix well. 3 Spread mixture in prepared pan. 4 Bake, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until soy nuts are toasted, stirring after 10 minutes. 5 Stir in dried vegetables. Cool and serve.
