Ingredients
1.5 cup Soybeans, mature, roasted, unsalted
1 cooking spray
0.75 tsp dried rosemary , crushed
0.75 tsp fresh thyme
0.5 cup Cereal, crispy wheats
4 oz Pretzels, tiny twists, classic style
1 cup dried cranberries , or blueberries
1 pinch garlic powder , to taste
1 pinch salt , to taste


Directions
1 In a large skillet, place soy beans. Spray generously with cooking spray, sprinkle with herbs, and toss.
2 Cook over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes, stir in remaining ingredients, except garlic powder, and cook until ingredients are toasted (about 5 minutes), stirring occasionally. Season to taste with garlic powder and salt.
3 Cool and store in covered container at room temperature.
