1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 In mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, tofu, cumin, and garlic. Mix well. Form two patties. 3 Heat oven-proof skillet over medium. Mist both sides of each burger with cooking spray. Cook 3-1/2 minutes per side. 4 Transfer skillet to oven and bake five minutes or until cooked through. 5 Let stand 5 minutes to cool slightly. Place each burger on piece of lettuce leaf. Garnish each burger with 1 tablespoon salsa, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, and three slices of avocado, if desired. Top with remaining lettuce slices.
