1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and use a skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sauté the onion until tender, and mix with the rice, yogurt, cottage cheese, green chilies, salt, pepper, and cheese, and place in a 2-quart casserole dish coated with nonstick cooking spray, and bake for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve.
