Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 2 quart oblong baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2 Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
3 Spread the beans to cover the top of the chicken, and sprinkle with the onions. Pour the salsa evenly over the top.
4 Cover with foil, and bake for 80 minutes, or until the chicken is done.
5 Sprinkle with the cheese and green onion, if you desire. Serve.
Additional Information
Top with cheese and chopped onions.
