1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, mix together the crushed tortilla chips and margarine and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside. 2 In a mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese and eggs until creamy. Fold in the cheddar cheese, green chilies, green onions and garlic. 3 Carefully spread half the mixture over the crust, top with the salsa, and cover with the remaining cheese mixture; do not mix. 4 Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the mixture is set. Remove from the oven and let cool for another 10 minutes. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
