1 Mix together the paprika, chili powder, cumin, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Put the steak in the bowl and coat both sides with the mixture. Refrigerate, covered, for 4 hours. 2 Light the grill and spray rack with the cooking spray. 3 Grill, covered, for 4 minutes. Then, turn over and grill for another 4 minutes. 4 Transfer onto a cutting board and let sit for 5 minutes. Slice diagonally into thin pieces.
