Ingredients
1 cooking spray
0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese, low sodium
0.5 cup wheat germ
0.5 tsp ground rosemary , crushed
0.5 tsp onion powder
0.5 tsp powdered garlic
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp ground thyme
0.12 tsp black pepper
0.75 cup low fat buttermilk
8 chicken thighs , skin removed, rinsed, and dried


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray and set aside.
2 Combine the Parmesan cheese, wheat germ, rosemary, onion powder, garlic, salt, thyme, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
3 In another bowl, add the buttermilk.
4 Dip the chicken in the buttermilk, then roll in the wheat germ mixture and place on the baking sheet.
5 Bake for 50 minutes or until tender and no longer pink on the inside.
Additional Information
The baking time can be reduced by replacing chicken thighs with chicken tenders.
