1 Melt margarine in a large skillet, brown the chicken pieces on each side for 4 to 5 minutes. 2 Set 1 tablespoon of the Diet 7UP aside, and pour the remaining Diet 7UP over the chicken. 3 Lower the heat, cover, and let simmer for 15 minutes. 4 Mix together the 1 tablespoon of Diet 7UP, spreadable fruit, and pecans. Then pour mixture over chicken pieces and continue to simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. 5 To serve, spoon sauce over chicken breasts.
