1 Preheat oven to 350°F. 2 Drain juice from chiles, reserve. 3 In 9" x13" x 2" baking dish, place 1/2 of shredded Cheddar cheese. Top with green chile peppers. Top chiles with remaining cheese. 4 In blender, mix eggs with juice from chile peppers. 5 Pour egg mixture over cheese mixture. 6 Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Cool before cutting into squares.
