1 Place pork in resealable plastic bag. Set aside. 2 In small bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, ginger, water, lime juice, and rum. Pour over pork. Seal bag and chill at least 5 hours. 3 Preheat grill to medium. 4 Skewer pork pieces on metal kabob sticks (if using wood, soak skewers 1 hour before using). 5 Arrange skewers on grill, cover and cook 15 minutes, turning every few minutes.
