Ingredients
1 cooking spray
7 tbsp fat free sour cream (1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon)
1 cup reduced fat baking mix (such as Bisquick)
0.5 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp fat free milk
1 tbsp sugar


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2 Spray 2 cookie sheets with non-fat cooking spray, set aside.
3 In a medium size bowl, mix all ingredients (except granulated sugar) and mix together with a spatula.
4 Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Sprinkle tops lightly with granulated sugar.
5 Bake at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes or until bottoms are lightly golden brown.

A variation to the traditional sugar cookie.
