1 Preheat oven to 350°F. 2 Coat an 9" x 9" baking dish with cooking spray. 3 In large mixing bowl, mix egg, SPLENDA® Sugar Blend for Baking, sour cream, and vanilla until well blended. 4 Melt margarine. Add to wet ingredient bowl.
5 In separate mixing bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add to wet ingredients. 6 Stir by hand or with electric mixer until well blended. 7 Transfer to prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until fork inserted in center comes out clean. 8 Cool in pan. Cut into 20 squares.
Additional Information
Garnish with a sliced strawberry of a few raspberries. Top with a dollop of your favorite whipped topping or whipped cream.
