Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil
1.5 cup fresh chopped onion , finely chopped (about 2 small onions)
0.5 cup fresh chopped celery , finely chopped (about 2 stalks)
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
21.5 oz unsalted, fat free canned tomato soup
14.5 oz canned unsalted diced tomatoes , undrained
2.75 cup cold water
0.25 cup unsalted tomato paste
1 tsp dried basil
0.5 tsp black pepper
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp hot pepper sauce


Directions
1 To prepare, heat oil in a large saucepan, over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion, celery, and garlic; cook 7 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently.
2 Stir in tomato soup and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
