1 In a medium saucepan, combine broth, carrots, celery, and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Stir in chicken. 2 Combine biscuit mix and milk in a medium bowl. Stir until mixed. 3 Spoon dough in 12 mounds on top of hot broth mixture. Cook, covered for 10 minutes more or until a toothpick inserted into dumplings comes out clean.
