1 Pour oil in a wok and heat over medium high heat. Cook onion and celery for 3 minutes. Mix in snow peas, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and broth. 2 Place lid over wok and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Additional Information
Make sure snow peas are still crisp and bright green after cooking. Be sure to use only fresh snow peas, frozen just wont taste the same.
