Servings
Ingredients
2 tsp peanut oil
0.25 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 large shallots , sliced
6 cup Pea Pods, Chinese snow, fresh, whole , strings and tips removed
1 tbsp Sauce, teriyaki, light
0.5 cup fresh cherry tomatoes
2 tsp sesame seeds , toasted


Directions
1 In large skillet or wok, heat both oils over medium high, cook shallots until tender.
2 Add pea pods and teriyaki, stirring and cooking until tender crisp, about 3 minutes.
3 Add tomatoes and cook for another minute.
4 Top with sesame seeds, stir to coat, and serve.
Additional Information
Use any tomatoes: grape, plum, yellow, or even a mixture of all of them.
