1 Season the meat with salt and pepper, and dust both sides with the flour. In a large skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, brown the steak over medium-high heat on both sides for about 6 minutes in all. 2 Add onions, garlic, tomato and green chilies, and broth, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 1 ½ hours or until the meat is nice and tender.
Additional Information
Serve with rice and, if desired, toss in some carrots while the meat is cooking.
