1 In plastic bag, combine flour, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Add pork chops and coat thoroughly. 2 In large skillet, over medium, heat oil, add pork chops, cook until brown. 3 Remove chops, set aside. 4 In same skillet, sauté onion, garlic, bell pepper, and celery 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 5 Place pork chops back into skillet and simmer until tender, about 3 minutes.
