Ingredients
1.25 cup evaporated milk
0.25 cup sour cream
1 tsp dijon mustard
4 egg whites
1 eggs
2 oz Cheese, gouda , shredded
0.5 cup fresh chopped green onion
0.25 cup smoked salmon , chopped (about 2 oz)
2 tbsp fresh dill weed , chopped
0.5 tsp black pepper
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 In large bowl, whisk milk, sour cream, mustard, egg whites, and egg.
3 Add cheese, onions, salmon, dill, and pepper, stirring gently.
4 Lightly coat pie plate with cooking spray and pour egg mixture into pie plate.
5 Move to oven and cook 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
6 Remove from oven and allow to rest 15 minutes before slicing.
