1 Lightly spread mustard on one side of salmon slice and roll up. 2 Cut cucumber diagonally into thins slices. 3 Place 1 leaf of lettuce on each of 4 salad plates. Arrange 2 cucumber slices on top of lettuce, then place rolled up salmon on top of cucumber. 4 Sprinkle with fresh dill and serve.
