Ingredients
2 tsp dijon mustard
0.25 lb smoked salmon , thinly sliced and cut into 8 pieces
4 Boston lettuce leaves (or red leaf)
0.5 medium cucumber , English
2 tbsp fresh dill weed , chopped


Directions
1 Lightly spread mustard on one side of salmon slice and roll up.
2 Cut cucumber diagonally into thins slices.
3 Place 1 leaf of lettuce on each of 4 salad plates. Arrange 2 cucumber slices on top of lettuce, then place rolled up salmon on top of cucumber.
4 Sprinkle with fresh dill and serve.
