Ingredients
1 medium cucumber , peeled and diced
8 oz Sour Cream, fat free
2 oz smoked salmon , rinsed, patted dry with paper towels, and diced
1 tbsp fresh dill weed , snipped (or 1 tsp dried, crumbled)
1 tbsp fresh chives , snipped (or 1 tsp dried or finely chopped green onions)
1 tsp fresh lemon peel , grated
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
0.25 tsp paprika


Directions
1 In a medium bowl, stir together all the ingredients except the paprika, and then blend well.
2 Transfer to serving bowl, and smooth the top and sprinkle evenly with paprika.
Additional Information
If not serving immediately, refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to two days to allow the flavors to blend.
