1 Mix together chicken, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, yellow pepper, onion, and basil. 2 In a separate bowl whisk together the lemon juice, oil, black pepper, mustard, and salt with a wire whisk. 3 Pour lemon juice mixture over the chicken mixture and coat thoroughly. 4 Cover and refrigerate. 5 Line a platter with radicchio leaves and top with chicken mixture.
