Ingredients
16 oz fat free cream cheese
16 oz Cheese, cheddar, smoked, 1" cube , shredded, 2 cups (or smoked Swiss or Gouda)
0.5 cup butter , or margarine
2 tbsp whole milk
2 tsp steak sauce
1 cup chopped pecans , toasted (or any other nut)


Directions
1 Let cream cheese, shredded cheese, and to butter soften at room temperature for 30 minutes. Place in a large bowl and add milk and steak sauce. Beat with an electric mixer until fluffy. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, up to 24 hours.
2 Roll mixture into a ball and roll in nuts. Let sit for 15 minutes and serve with crackers.
Additional Information
Lower the nutritional analysis on this recipe by choosing low fat cream cheese, skim milk, and a low fat butter or margarine. A great spread with crackers or bread.
