1 Lightly coat the inside of a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. 2 Combine broccoli, corn, chicken soup, sweet pepper, cheese, onions, milk, and black pepper directly into slow cooker. 3 Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or on high-heat setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Sprinkle with bacon before serving.
