1 Combine in a 3 1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker the ketchup, sugar substitute, tapioca, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cinnamon, and crushed red pepper. Place turkey, meaty side down, on ketchup mixture. 2 Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 10 to 12 hours or high-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours. 3 Remove turkey to a serving platter. Pour cooking liquid into a small bowl. Skim off fat. Serve turkey with cooking liquid and, if desired, hot cooked rice.
