1 Combine the salsa ingredients in a medium bowl, and gently toss thoroughly to blend. Set aside. 2 Sprinkle the thyme and garlic salt on both sides of the pork chops. 3 Over medium heat, heat a large nonstick skillet, and remove from the heat and lightly spray with vegetable oil spray (being careful not to spray near a gas flame). 4 Return the skillet to the heat and cook the meat for 5 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in the center. 5 Serve the pork chops with the cinnamon-apple salsa.
