1 Separate sirloin into 4 even parts, forming each into 1/2-inch-thick spheres. 2 Strain chipotles through a colander set over a bowl to save adobo sauce. Save chiles for another use. 3 Heat a cooking spray coated frying pan over medium-high heat. Sauté sirloin and onions, 5 minutes per side for patties. Pour in adobo sauce and consommé and let boil. Place lid on pan, lower heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Whisk together soy sauce and cornstarch. Pour into pan and let boil. Cook 1 minute or until mixture is thick.
