1 Wash spinach, pat dry. Tear into bite-size pieces. 2 Coat Dutch oven with cooking spray and heat over medium. 3 Add spinach and cook, covered, 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4 Remove from heat. 5 Add sesame seeds, lemon juice, and salt. Toss. Serve.
Additional Information
To toast sesame seeds, heat seeds in skillet over medium heat, or on a baking sheet in 275ºF oven, stirring occasionally, until golden and fragrant, about 2 to 3 minutes. Watch carefully not to burn or overcook.
