1 Coat a 13x9x2-inch baking pan using nonstick cooking spray. Follow the directions on the package to prepare the chocolate pudding using the skim milk. Cool to room temperature. 2 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Use a bowl, and stir together the cake mix and the prepared chocolate pudding. 3 Mix into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick in the center comes out clean. Don't over bake. Cool and cut into squares.
