Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Cut washed potatoes in half and place in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg, and top with pineapple. Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
3 Remove cover, use fork to check for softness, and continue baking until potatoes are fully cooked.
