Ingredients
10 oz frozen chopped spinach , thawed (or broccoli)
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 medium garlic cloves , minced
0.5 oz fresh mint , minced
1 cup sour cream
1 pinch black pepper , freshly ground (to taste)


Directions
1 Remove spinach from package, drain water until completely dry.
2 Combine all ingredients in bowl, mix well.
3 Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
Additional Information
A great dip for veggies, low-carb, whole-grain chips or veggie dippers.
