Directions
1 Lay the broccoli in a 10-inch microwave-safe dish. Add salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with the onion, olives, vinegar, and oil, and microwave for 8 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.
2 Immediately sprinkle the broccoli with cheese, and serve when the cheese has melted.
