Ingredients
1 lb large raw shrimp , peeled
1 tsp creole seasoning
0.33 cup Ketchup
1 tbsp Horseradish, cream
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 oz chipotle peppers in adobo sauce , chopped and mashed (1 pepper in sauce)
1 medium lemons , cut into quarters
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with the cooking spray. Cook the shrimp and Creole seasoning for approximately 4 minutes. Drain and let cool.
2 Mix the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, and Chile pepper in a bowl.
3 Divide the shrimp on 4 plates and serve each with 2 tablespoons of sauce and 1 lemon wedge.
Additional Information
Try using a lime instead of the lemon.
