Ingredients
8 oz low fat cream cheese
3 tbsp Sour Cream, fat free
1 tsp curry powder
0.5 cup fresh chopped green onion (scallions)
0.5 cup golden raisins
0.5 lb cooked shrimp , peeled (small)
0.5 cup mango chutney (or another spicey fruit chutney)
2 tbsp sliced almonds
2 tbsp Coconut, dried, unsweetened


Directions
1 In a medium bowl stir together the cream cheese, sour cream, and curry powder until smooth.
2 Stir in the green onions, raisins, and shrimp.
3 Flatten into a round disk and spread the top with chutney. Sprinkle the top with almonds and coconut
4 Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Additional Information
To cook the shrimp saute them using margarine, salt, and pepper.
