1 Preheat the broiler. 2 Pour the oil into a skillet and heat over medium-high. Sauté the shrimp for about 3 minutes. Place the shrimp equally onto 4 dishes. 3 Sauté the onions and garlic over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Mix in the tomatoes, oregano, basil, sugar, and pepper. Cook for about 3 minutes. 4 Evenly divide the tomato mixture on top of the shrimp and sprinkle with the feta cheese. 5 Broil for approximately 5 minutes.
Additional Information
Keep in mind that when broiling the cheese will not melt.
