Ingredients
2 lb cooked shrimp , peeled
0.25 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp horseradish
2 tbsp stoneground mustard (or country Dijon)
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
0.33 cup chopped parsley
6 fresh green onions , sliced
1 pinch salt , to taste (optional)
1 pinch black pepper (to taste)


Directions
1 Place shrimp in large bowl, set aside.
2 In separate bowl combine mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, lemon juice, parsley, and green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3 Combine mixture with shrimp, fold gently.
4 Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
