1 Coat large skillet with cooking spray. 2 Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic about 3 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. 3 Add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently. 4 Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon or lime juice, cumin, pepper, and cilantro. Reduce heat to low. 5 Wrap tortillas in damp paper towels and microwave on high 1 minute. 6 Place shrimp mixture on tortillas and top with tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, and mushrooms.
