Ingredients
4 cup cold water
8 oz large raw shrimp , peeled and deveined
0.5 cup fat free mayonnaise
0.33 cup fat free sour cream
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp celery seeds
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
16 oz fresh shredded cabbage
0.25 cup chopped green bell peppers
0.25 cup red onion, sliced


Directions
1 Pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook the shrimp for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and run under cold water.
2 Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, lemon juice, celery seeds, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix in the shrimp, cabbage, green pepper, and onion.
3 Refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour.
Additional Information
Use packaged pre-peeled shrimp or 3/4 pound unpeeled shrimp.
