Directions
1 Cut off excess fat from pork. Whisk together soy sauce, orange juice, green onions, ginger, pepper, and garlic and pour into a resealable plastic bag with pork. Let marinate 1 hour in refrigerator, flipping bag a few times. Take pork out of bag and dispose of liquid.
2 Pour oil in a frying pan and heat over medium high heat. Cook pork 3 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
Additional Information
Freezing instructions: Combine pork and marinade in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag, and place in freezer for up to 2 months. Thaw in refrigerator; cook as directed.
