Ingredients
0.25 cup pineapple orange juice (concentrate, thawed)
1 tbsp cold water
1 tbsp Miso, paste, dark red (soybean paste)
2 tsp fresh ginger root , peeled and finely chopped
2 tsp sesame oil (dark)
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
24 large raw shrimp (about 1 pound)
2 tsp vegetable oil
0.25 tsp kosher salt
0.12 tsp black pepper , freshly ground
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds


Directions
1 Whisk together pineapple juice, water, miso, ginger, oil, and garlic.
2 Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
3 Peel off skin, but not tails of shrimp, devein. Toss shrimp with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
4 Lay shrimp on a foil covered baking sheet and top with sesame seeds. Bake for 7 minutes or until fully cooked. Serve with dipping sauce.
Additional Information
Shrimp can be prepared up to 8 hours in advance and kept chilled. Sauce can be made up to 3 days in advance and kept chilled.
