Ingredients
1 tbsp sesame seeds
0.5 oz green peppercorns , freshly ground
1 tbsp black pepper , freshly ground
2 tsp grated orange peel
0.5 tsp sea salt
1.5 lb salmon fillet
1 cooking spray
4 tsp soy sauce (sweet)


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 400°F.
2 In medium mixing bowl, combine sesame seeds, peppercorns, black pepper, orange peel, and salt.
3 Coat salmon with mixture.
4 Coat oven proof frying pan with cooking spray, heat over medium on stovetop.
5 Place salmon in pan, cook 2 minutes per side.
6 Move pan to oven and bake 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
7 Serve with soy sauce.
Additional Information
Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis) is available in Asian supermarkets.
